Privacy Policy

Last Modified: Jan 01, 2026

PEAK is a global platform for creativity and self-expression. We support open dialogue, but expression on PEAK is not unlimited. These Community Guidelines set boundaries for content and behavior that may harm users, undermine trust, threaten our infrastructure, or violate the law. They work together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it. We review reports and may take action as described in the Enforcement section below.

What PEAK Stands For

×       Creativity and self-expression. Share your perspectives, passions, and beliefs.

×       Authentic community. Engage honestly and respectfully.

×       Safety and trust. Help keep PEAK welcoming for everyone.

What PEAK Is Not For

1) Terrorism and Violent Extremism

We prohibit content that promotes, supports, praises, or incites terrorism or violent extremist acts or organizations. Report it immediately.

2) Hate Speech and Harassment

We do not allow content that promotes violence, hatred, or dehumanization against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics (including race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or serious disease).
We also prohibit targeted harassment, bullying, threats, and unwanted sexual harassment.

Note: Some content may be rude or offensive without crossing into hate or violence. You can block, mute, and report, and we encourage constructive disagreement.

3) Child Safety (Sexual Exploitation of Minors)

We strictly prohibit any sexual content involving minors or anyone who appears to be a minor, including grooming, solicitation, or sexualized depictions (real or fictional).
We may report suspected child sexual exploitation to relevant child protection organizations and law enforcement, consistent with applicable law.

4) Self-Harm and Eating Disorder Promotion

We prohibit content that actively promotes, glorifies, or instructs self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders.

We allow supportive discussions, recovery stories, and educational content, and we may add warnings, reduce visibility, or direct users to help resources where appropriate.

5) Sexual Content and Nudity

×       Not allowed: Depictions of explicit sexual acts, pornographic content, and content with a strong focus on genitalia intended for sexual arousal. This includes photo, video, GIFs, drawings, CGI, and similar media.

×       Allowed with labels (where available): Non-explicit nudity, artistic nudity, sexual themes, and other mature content may be permitted if properly labeled using PEAK’s Community Labels.

×       Feature limitations: Accounts primarily focused on mature content may be ineligible for certain features (including monetization), reflecting the requirements of payment and distribution partners.

6) Violence, Threats, Gore, and Cruelty

We prohibit:

×       credible threats of violence or intimidation toward individuals or groups;

×       content that glorifies violence or encourages others to commit violence;

×       graphic gore shared primarily for shock value;

×       depictions of torture, mutilation, or cruelty toward humans or animals.

7) Fraud, Deception, and Malicious Links

We prohibit scams, phishing, deceptive or fraudulent links, and tactics that mislead users (mislabeling sources, misleading click-through links, pop-ups/interstitial ads, etc.).

8) Spam and Inauthentic Activity

Do not artificially inflate follows/likes/reblogs (e.g., follow trains), mass unsolicited messaging, or any behavior designed primarily to manipulate engagement.
Do not mass register accounts or automate posting without written permission.

9) Impersonation and Misleading Identity

Do not impersonate individuals, organizations, or public figures in a way that confuses others. Parody and commentary may be allowed when clearly labeled and not deceptive.

10) Privacy Violations and Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery

We prohibit:

×       sharing personally identifying or confidential information without consent (e.g., financial details, government IDs, private contact info);

×       doxxing;

×       non-consensual intimate imagery (including “revenge porn” or private nude content shared without permission).

11) Illegal Activity and Regulated Goods

Do not use PEAK to facilitate illegal activity (fraud, trafficking, etc.).
We prohibit buying/selling/trading regulated or illegal goods and services, including illicit drugs and weapons, and sharing instructions intended to enable the manufacture of weapons or explosives.

12) Civic Integrity

You may not use PEAK to mislead or interfere with elections or civic processes (e.g., suppressing participation, intimidation, or spreading false information about official voting procedures). This applies globally, subject to local law.

13) Intellectual Property (Copyright & Trademarks)

Respect copyrights and trademarks. If you don’t have permission (or a legal exception such as fair use), don’t post it.

We review copyright/trademark complaints and may remove content and notify the uploader. Repeat infringement may lead to account termination. Where applicable, users may submit counter-notifications or appeals as described in our Terms of Service.

14) Themes and Third-Party Code Safety

To protect users, do not distribute or install themes/plugins/code that contain malicious behavior (spam, redirects, credential theft, hidden ads, phishing). We may remove unsafe code and take enforcement action.

Attribution and Reposting

When sharing something you found on PEAK, use built-in sharing/reblogging features where available, and provide proper attribution and links to original sources.

Username / URL Abuse and Dormancy

Do not squat, hoard, or amass usernames/URLs. Inactive accounts may be marked dormant and certain usernames/URLs may be reclaimed, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Enforcement and Appeals

We may take actions including:

×       removing content, requiring labels, or limiting visibility;

×       restricting features (posting, messaging, monetization);

×       temporarily suspending or permanently terminating accounts.

We may act without prior notice when necessary to protect users, the Services, or comply with law.

If you repeatedly submit abusive or unfounded reports, we may limit your ability to report.
